• Housing Status: Whether you own or rent your home — to ensure eligibility (Ringmula is designed for homeowners).
• Signup Source: How you heard about Ringmula (e.g., met us at your door, found us online) — for marketing insights.
• Consent Records: Timestamps showing when you agreed to our Terms and to receive text messages from us (TCPA compliance).

When you visit ringmula.com, we may also collect standard web analytics data (browser type, pages visited, referrer) through our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Notify you when Ringmula launches in your area.
• Send you relevant updates about the platform's development.
• Plan launch geography based on demand.
• Verify eligibility when you activate your account at launch.

We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't share it with third-party advertisers. Period.

We DO share information with:

We keep your information as long as you're on the waiting list or using Ringmula. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we'll remove your information within 30 days except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, your text message consent records) for legal compliance.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for assistance.

Your SMS consent is required for service delivery (we can't notify you without being able to text you), but participation in the beta itself is voluntary and free.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud hosting (Google Workspace, Cloudflare), and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Children's Privacy

Ringmula is not intended for children under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll email beta participants and post the updated version here at least 14 days in advance.

11. State-Specific Rights
